My random act of romance:
He worked nights for quite some time. So, during a particularly bad night, I wrote a bunch of note cards with lyrics that meant something to us, and other reminders of how much he meant to me, and taped them on his car windows. He caught me when I was driving away, but we got to laugh about it later. It was nice to get him to smile.

My random act of romance:
My husband and I were taking my car to have some work done on it. As he was driving in front of me I hit a pocket of water and hit the center wall and spun. When my car came to a rest no one else was on the freeway - he had seen it all in his mirror and stopped and ran to me to check and make sure that I was ok and gave me the biggest hug ever knowing that I was in one piece. For that I love him. Running to me in the rain I could just see the look on his face.

Making him a heart shaped jar full of folded stars with a little message for each day of the week to show him how much I love him

I got home from a horribly stressful day of work to find him sitting on the front porch with 2 glasses and a bottle of my favorite wine. We sat under the stars for a couple hours and just talked. It made my day perfect.

My random act of romance:
I hadn’t been feeling well and mentioned it to my boyfriend. I couldn’t seem to keep much down after a bad reaction to an odd lunch. When I got to his place for dinner I saw he had bought me plenty of Sprite, medicine and crackers. He also had spread out a blanket and pillows out on the couch so I could relax while we watched tv together.

I call my significant other in the morning on her way to work and from the time she gets out of her car and walks in the building. I leave a sweet voice mail at her desk so when she first checks her message she starts out having a great day at work.

When things are stressful at work–I bake a batch of delicious home made cookies and tuck them in his bag with a note reminding him how proud of him I am, how much I love him, and what I’m going to do to him when he gets home.

My random act of romance: My husband has planned a last minute date, taking me to the movies, and out to eat. The only reason I know is because my mother-in-law called to confirm her watching the kids tonight. I promise I will still act surprised tonight. How much I love my husband, the one who proposed while I was breastfeeding four years ago on Valentine’s Day.

My random act of romance: She likes caramel filled chocolate candy and coconut. So, I gave her a box of assorted chocolate candy,and to make sure that she got coconut, I included in her valentine’s day gift bag,1 bar each of almond joy and mounds bars.
